This is where you can pay for something other than one of the standard membership products, for example a price adjustment to a previous order.

• To rejoin the club, use the Rejoining Member Application form.
To make a miscellaneous payment: please enter your name, the amount, the reference that we have given you, your membership number (if appropriate) and any notes that you think we may find helpful. You can also add your address if you wish.
